Chicken Drumstick Roll


  • chicken drumsticks - 4
  • carrots - 4.
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • mayonnaise - 4 tbsp
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cheese - 4 tbsp
  • black pepper
  • salt


Wash, dry and separate the bone of the drumsticks, so that the skin remains intact. Grate carrots in large pieces, cut the garlic in large pieces, cut the parsley, chop the mushrooms.

Salt the meat, put on an even layer of garlic, brush with some of the mayonnaise, sprinkle pepper on. Evenly arrange the carrots, cheese and mushrooms, put parsley on the narrow end and turn the roll.

Tie with string, brush with the remaining mayonnaise and bake in the oven for 40 minutes to form a golden crust.

When serving remove the string and cut the roll into slices 1 cm thick.
